Charles Caruana

Charles Caruana is an internationally respected Clinical Hypnotherapist, Analytical Psychotherapist, and Senior Lecturer with decades of experience in psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, supervision, and therapist education. His professional journey began in 1977 in psychoanalytic psychotherapy before expanding into Clinical Hypnotherapy, where he has since built an extensive career in both clinical practice and professional supervision.

A Senior Lecturer and Clinical Supervision Officer with the LSCCH–LCCH Asia Group, Charles teaches Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Clinical Supervision, and Past Life Regression. He is widely recognised for developing LCCH's specialist Past Life Regression (PLR) programme, helping qualified therapists understand how symbolic or experiential regression techniques can be used ethically and therapeutically to facilitate insight, emotional healing, and personal transformation.
